BEGINNINGS

Soapy Den Laundromat was established on August 26, 2009. It opened shop on a vibrant locale in A. Bonifacio Street (near Acacia Lane, Shaw Boulevard) in Mandaluyong City. The modest operations started with 2 Whirlpool Washers and 2 Whirlpool Dryers manned by 2 hardworking and dedicated staff. The initial services offered by the shop include Wash & Fold, Wash & Press and Hand Washing (for delicate clothes and fabrics).

The shop name is a word play on 2 names: Sophie Aleksa and Dean Matthieu. These kids are the angels that delight and inspire their Mom and Dad in such meaningful ways.
